Are there any fees associated with the Tangerine Line of Credit?

The only fees that currently apply to the Tangerine Line of Credit are:

  • Non-Sufficient Funds Fee: $25. This fee is charged for a pre-authorized payment that is rejected due to insufficient credit available on the Line of Credit.
  • Returned Item Fee: $25. This fee is charged for returned items (such as cheques or other instruments) from another financial institution that are used to pay the Line of Credit.
  • Over-limit Fee: $25. This fee is charged at the end of the day during which the balance owing first exceeds your Credit Limit (if the balance owing is still Over-limit at the end of that day). It will be charged on the first day of the Statement Period if the Line of Credit remains Over-limit from a previous Statement Period. This fee is charged only once in any Statement Period.
