You can disable Fingerprint ID by logging in on our Mobile Banking app or on your computer and following the steps below.

From our Mobile Banking app:
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, then go to Profile & Settings → Login Options → Fingerprint ID.

Through a browser on your computer:
Once you log in, click your name in the top right corner of the screen, and go to ‘Devices’. From there, if you click ‘Login Options’ and then ‘Edit’, you can disable your Fingerprint ID.
