How do I make changes to a Pre-Authorized Payment?
Changes to your Pre-Authorized Payments need to be arranged with the merchant or payee. They may ask you to complete a form or provide a void cheque. To print a void cheque:
1. Log in, if you aren't already logged in.
2. Click your Chequing Account.
3. Click the 'Void Cheque' button, and you'll get a PDF that you can print out.
