How do the Tangerine Credit Card Rewards work?

Every purchase you make using your Tangerine Credit Card earns you Rewards (cash back). You earn 2% on all your purchases in the 2% Money-Back Categories of your choice, and 0.50% on all other purchases.

There are two options for receiving your Rewards:
- You can have the Rewards applied to your Credit Card, in which case they're applied against the balance owing. This option gives you two 2% categories.
- You can have the Rewards deposited to your Tangerine Savings Account, where they're treated just like regular cash deposits and earn interest. With this redemption option, you can choose three 2% categories.

Rewards are automatically applied to your Account on your statement date each month.
