How to add a new Interac contact and send money by Interac e-transfer?

How do I send money by Interac e-transfer®?

You can send money using Interac e-Transfer® for free from your Chequing Account by email and/or SMS. There's no fee to receive or send money by Interac e-Transfer.

To send money by Interac e-Transfer:

Step 1
Log in, if you aren't already logged in, and then select 'Interac e-Transfer' on the top right of your screen.

Step 2
Provide the details of the contact you'd like to send money to, as well as the Account the money is coming from, the dollar amount and the date of the transaction. Then hit 'Next' to confirm the details.

Step 3
Review and hit 'Send', then you're good to go!

Step 4
Click 'Done' and you can send another transfer or continue your banking from there.
