I want to change my online and phone banking PIN. How do I do that?

To change your online and phone banking PIN:

1. Click ‘Log In’ above, and enter your Client Number, Username or Card Number. Then click the ‘Next’ button.
2. When you reach the point where you’d normally enter your PIN, click ‘Forgot PIN?’
3. Follow the prompts from there
