How can I avoid being charged a fee or interest for Overdraft Protection?

There are no monthly fees or interest charges for Overdraft Protection unless your Account becomes overdrawn.
 

If you have Overdraft Protection and your Account is overdrawn, we’ll send you an email letting you know right away. If you deposit the overdrawn amount in your Account before the end of the day (11:59PM ET), no fees or interest charges will kick in. Any fees and interest rate associated with your Tangerine Account(s) can be found here.
